Albion is a rural community located on the Northeast side of Kennebec County in Central Maine. With a total area of 39.46 square miles (38.83 sq miles land, .63 sq miles water) Albion is home to just over 2,000 people in approximately 916 households.

Previously called Freetown, Fairfax and Lagonia
