2024 Tax Commitment
The Assessors have signed the 2024 Tax commitment. The MIL rate has been set at 15.65. The valuation is 90%. The commitment book can be viewed here: 2024 Real Estate Tax Commitment Book

The Selectboard of Albion is holding a Special Meeting today 7/11/2024 at 4:00pm. The Board of Assessors will be signing the 2024 Tax Commitment.

Albion is a rural community located on the Northeast side of Kennebec County in Central Maine. With a total area of 39.46 square miles (38.83 sq miles land, .63 sq miles water) Albion is home to just over 2,000 people in approximately 916 households.
