The Tax Collector also sends bills to inform property owners of the total taxes they owe and when those payments are due to the town. The Tax Collector also places liens on any property whose owner has not paid its taxes by the due date.
Yearly taxes are due September 30th of each year.
The fiscal year for the town is February 1st to January 31st.
