The Town of Albion is accepting bids for a 2002 Case Backhoe 580 SM. This vehicle comes with two buckets and Wain-Roy Twist-a-Wrist.
The hour meter is broken and reads 5700. The unit, which is in running order, was recently taken out of service and replaced with a newer unit.
It will be sold As-Is, Where-Is by sealed bid. All bids must be received and marked as "Backhoe Bid" in a sealed envelope by August 22, 2022, at 4PM.
Bids will be opened and awarded at the Selectmen's Meeting at 6:30 PM that same day.

The municipality of Albion Administers a General Assistance program for the support of the poor. Pursuant to Title 22 MSRA 4305, the municipal officers have adopted an ordinance establishing that program. A copy of this ordinance and relevant statues is available for public inspection at the Town Office and/or during regular office hours.
Persons who wish to apply for General Assistance may do so by appointment at the Albion Town Office during the following times.
